No, delivery at Kepka is free. 

We take cafe of all client’s complaints immediately. The time for considering the complaint is 30 days. 

Standard periodic inspection service cost of the furnace service is 200€ plus the travel costs.

If the furnace requires repair or replacement of elements pricing is calculated individually. 

Warranty for Individual customers takes 24 months. 

Warranty for Business customers takes 12 months.

We are shipping our furnaces by a professional shipping company (a regular trailer or trailer with an elevator).
The furnace is on a pallet, secured with foil. We guarantee safe travel for your Kepka furnace. 

The choice of the controller depend mostly of thermal processes which you plan to carry – this regulates the burning curve.

When it comes to Ceramic Chamber Furnaces and Metals and Alloys Chamber Furnaces – there’s no need for additional ventilation (gravity ventilation is enough).
In the case of a glazing cabin, it is required to install a discharge pipe from the fireplace on the top of the cabin, outside the room.

The furnace must stand at least 70 cm from the wall where the controller is placed for easier service access and 50 cm (sides) from the walls.
