Process Temperature Control Rings (PTCR) play a key role in monitoring and documenting furnace operating conditions.

A ring placed anywhere in the furnace accurately reflects the actual amount of contact heat, as well as radiation and convection during the process. Depending on the amount of absorbed energy, the ring changes its size, allowing the measurement of heat input into the entire firing process using a numerical or digital micrometer.

It is recommended to place the rings in different locations and levels within the furnace during a single process. This ensures greater control over the temperature distribution inside the furnace.

This method provides balanced and safe quality standards while ensuring the best repeatability of thermal processes.
