The highest quality<\/strong> SiC-based silicon carbide plates are mainly used as bottom plates in heat treatment furnaces.<\/p>\n

The plates have a high thermal conductivity coefficient<\/strong>,\u00a0 thanks to which they heat up quickly and cool down quickly.<\/p>\n

They have very high resistance to high temperatures<\/strong>, as well as to thermal shocks, which allows them to be used for fast firing and cooling processes \/ speed up to 300 \u00b0 C per hour<\/strong> \/<\/p>\n

The boards, when used at the highest temperatures \/ 1550 \u00b0 C \/<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The plates have cuts on each side that prevent the formation of stresses during firing at high temperatures and the bending of the plate.<\/p>\n

The white layer on the plate prevents eg. glazed products from sticking to the plate<\/p>\n

Plates are consumables. Due to their use, they are not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n
