La description

Adhesive based on water glass modified with inorganic material – ready to use. Promat®-K84 is a special adhesive for use in fire protection and high temperature engineering. Promat®-K84 is used indoors, except in damp and wet areas

Treatment:
-The surface to be glued must be dry, free from dust and grease
-The glue should be stirred before use.
-The consistency of the glue depends on the temperature. The adhesive becomes thick at low temperatures and must be warmed up in a water bath.
-The most suitable processing temperature is between +10 ° C and +20 ° C. The minimum bonding temperature must not be lower than +5 ° C, also during drying.
-The adhesive can be applied in a single layer. Lubricate the material in such a way as to obtain the optimal distribution of the adhesive and filling the gaps. When bonding materials of different densities, the adhesive should be applied to the material of higher density
-When bonding high-density materials, take into account a longer bonding time (reduced air supply). Be careful not to allow a film to form on the adhesive surface.
-Gluing and storage of the glued materials must take place on flat surfaces. Do not stretch the excess glue but remove it with a putty knife
-The opened container should be tightly closed, the glue in the foil bag should be used

The bucket contains 15 kg of the product

Consumption from 1,2 – 1,8 kg/m²  depending on the type of glued surface
